The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms at this hotel are spacious, trendy, and clean, with attention to detail, and come with a separate bathroom that is large and luxurious.

No major issues, everything was just fine.

If you're looking for a stay with a perfect location, this hotel is a great choice. It is situated in the pedestrian shopping street of the old town, and you can easily reach different places by foot. The rooms are clean, and the hosts readily help with everything you need. Breakfast offers a wide variety of pastries and fruit. The living area is a great place to relax and the Wi-Fi works well. The only downside was the uncomfortable shower curtain.

Beautiful, spacious rooms ( we stayed 4 days), antic with modern design. Wife of hotel director makes delicious pies and cakes daily for a rich beakfast with housemade jams, giving this small hotel a family touch. All the historical spots are near hotel. We enjoyed every moment in that town. We got excellent advice from the couple running the hotel.

The rooms at Dimora di Charme Cassaro 168 are incredibly spacious and well-decorated, making you feel right at home.

Personally, I found the chromotherapy shower in the large bathroom a bit too fancy for my taste.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on a beautiful pedestrian street, with easy access to all the main attractions in the city. The spacious room was truly exceptional with interesting art everywhere, making the stay feel luxurious and homely. The comfortable bed and spotless shower room were the best aspects of the room.

Communication around arrival and parking was a little difficult, but this was due to the language barrier. A little more fresh fruit at breakfast would have been great, but the breakfast still offered a wide selection, and the Italian coffee was exceptional.

I always choose this place because it has everything I need – Wi-Fi, off-site car park, luggage storage, and 24-hour security. The staff even helped me print something during my first stay. Can't wait for Easter to come back!

I recently stayed at Dimora Di Charme Cassaro 168 in the city center. Despite its central location, the room was surprisingly quiet. The modern style and spaciousness of the room, along with the comfortable bed, were highly appreciated. The hotel facility itself was lovely and set right in the heart of town. Additionally, the owner went above and beyond by helping us find a restaurant that was still open for lunch and even walking us there in the rain. Watching the Christmas decorations and evening strollers from our balcony was a delightful experience. The breakfast, featuring homemade pizza and other baked goods, was also a highlight.

Great sized rooms, central location. The hotel is brand new, the staff is friendly and they speak good english. Everything was perfect, the best hotel in Sicily during our stay.

We spent Easter weekend at this hotel and we loved the festive atmosphere. The decorations were cute and there were Easter eggs for the kids. The location was great - close to all the main attractions and we could walk everywhere. We also enjoyed the breakfast. The pastries were fresh and the coffee was good.

There were a few things that we didn't like. the room was quite small and cramped, especially with two kids.
